Taunton Gardens Power Center is the first of its kind in the Whitby area, characterized by visionary planning principles and dramatic architectural components. The open-air development encompasses sweeping canopies and a feature pond with a bridge walkway. Mansouri Living successfully combined Class-A big box retailers with smaller, pedestrian scale retail on a 40 acre site. Pedestrian movement and car flow seamlessly transition throughout the site. The project was sold to a premium institutional investor upon completion.
